If zoning problem exists (TESP jumps >0.2"), bypass damper is needed
Read from furnace blower curve at the high TESP value

DAT Sensor (Freeze Protection)
DAT = supply air TEMPERATURE sensor (not pressure). When supply air gets too cold (coil freezing risk), it triggers a purge cycle: compressor/furnace OFF, fan ON only, until coil warms. Then restarts.
When to Recommend DAT Sensor
Always recommend DAT sensor on zoned Honeywell systems
Especially important if: TESP jumps above 0.7" when a zone closes (creates high supply velocity and coil freezing risk)
